Danny Monempour, MBA | President

As President of Monem Corporation, Danny Monempour has acquired over 100 income property holdings throughout Southern California. As a Principal, Danny has established one of the most promising real estate investment, development and management firms in Los Angeles. Danny received his undergraduate degree from UCLA and his Masters in Business Administration from the Peter F. Drucker Graduate School of Management at Claremont University. His unique combination of experience, skill and vision has provided Danny with the ability to identify lucrative income properties. Danny lives in Beverly Hills, California and is a board member of FIRST STAR, a charity focusing on advancing the plight of Foster children and is active with the Jewish Federation and many of its counterparts.

Daniel Holmes | Vice President

Daniel Holmes, Vice President, joined Monem Corporation in 2015 and is responsible for overseeing the acquisitions and day to day operations of Monem’s multifamily portfolio. He is involved in all aspects of the business including asset management, acquisitions, dispositions, renovations, legal matters, finance and accounting. Prior to joining Monem Corp, Mr. Holmes spent several years focusing primarily on Asset Management and Finance while working with two of the largest and most well respected multifamily investment firms in Los Angeles. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Santa Cruz with a dual major in Global Economics and Latin American Studies.

Andy Yang | Controller

Andy Yang is responsible for all of Monem Corporation’s internal and external financial reporting. As Controller, Andy maintains the accounting and internal controls for the Company. Andy has over 15 years of experience in all facets of accounting, financial management, and executive leadership within the real estate industry.

Roland Garcia | Senior Accounts Manager

As Senior Accounting Manager for Monem Corporation, Roland is in charge of maintaining all of Monem’s accounts. Roland joins Monem with over 32 years of finance and accounting experience including 13 years of Information Technology. His prior 17 years of property management experience includes setting up a self-hosted Yardi network, training users and upgrading all versions of the Yardi software. He served for 17 years as Senior Accountant / Director of Information Technology with a Property Management Company based in Century City. Roland began his career as an Accounting Manager with a banking institution in Beverly Hills.

Brian Poirrier | Property Supervisor

Brian is the newest member of the Monem executive team. As a Property Supervisor, he is in charge of managing half of Monem’s portfolio which has recently increased to roughly 1200 units. He also assists with the acquisition and due diligence process while finding avenues to maximize revenue and cut expenses appropriately. Brian has assisted in successful acquisitions of over $36mm, represented buyers and sellers as well as grown and improved a local third-party property management firm while improving property operations, cash flow and values for various owners. Brian graduated from California Polytechnic University, Pomona, where he earned his B.S. in Accounting and also operated as the Treasurer of his Campus ASI, State CSSA and local Fraternity.

Tyler Green | Investment Associate

Tyler joined the Monem team two years ago hopping on board as an Investment Associate. Tyler is currently attending California State University Northridge where he will be obtaining a BA in Business with a minor in Finance. Having several years of Real Estate experience, Tyler is a licensed professional that assists with the day to day operations as well as all aspects on the investment side of the business. Born and raised in the beautiful city of Los Angeles, Tyler enjoys outdoor activities and is a huge sports fan.

Yohani Agus | Leasing Director/Office Manager

Yohani joined Monem Corporation three years ago as a Leasing Assistant and Office Manager. She now serves as the Director of Leasing and is the main point of contact between leasing agents, building managers and prospective tenants. She is responsible for advertising, renting and leasing vacancies for the Monem Portfolio. In addition, Yohani manages the Monem office and oversees the day to day office operations. Yohani graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture and after college she continued her professional career as an Assistant Project Manager. Yohani has several years of experience as an Onsite Property Manager and Property Supervisor.

Ben Smith | Property Supervisor

Ben Smith Monem Corporation in 2017 and is a Property Supervisor. As Property Supervisor, Ben oversees management operations at each property as well as maintaining building appearance and upkeep. Ben holds a BA from California State University of San Jose.
